Our Team

Pat has served as Lead Pastor of Grace since April of 1992. Pastor Pat and Pam moved to Winchester to plant GBC and have now been ministering to our community for over three decades! Pat & Pam have three grown children: Kyle, Kayla, and Kameron. Pat holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biblical & Pastoral studies from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO. He has served as Chairman of the Kentucky Baptist Bible Fellowship as well as a Trustee of Boston Baptist College. Pat truly loves the corporate gathering of the Church and has a deep passion for teaching the Bible and seeing the power of the truth of God's Word come to life in people's lives. When he’s not serving the Church, you can find Pat doing a little pleasure farming, helping around the house, and hanging out with friends and family.

Dan has been a part of the Pastoral Staff at GBC since March 2004. Pastor Dan holds a Bachelor's of Science in Youth Ministry and a Master's of Arts in Church Ministries from Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary in Springfield, MO. Dan met his wife, Lynda, in college and they were married in 1997. They have six children: Elizabeth, Tara, Hayley, A.J., Kayla, and Alayna. Serving in multiple capacities over the years, Pastor Dan's ultimate passion is serving the body of Christ and reaching families with the Gospel. In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his kids' sports teams, doing yard work, and is a die-hard Miami Dolphins fan.

Bryson and Lizzy Waller have called Grace home for as long as they can remember, having grown up in our church from the time they were tiny. After graduating from Mission University in 2025, Bryson served two years as the Student Pastor at Southside Baptist Church in Dover before returning home to Kentucky. Both Bryson and Lizzy have a passion for ministry and a heart for helping the next generation encounter Jesus and grow in genuine faith. As they serve here at Grace, they will also be preparing for future plans to serve in the mission field. When they’re not serving, they can be found playing with their dog, Beau, or spending time with friends and family.

Dominic and his family moved to Winchester, Kentucky in August of 2023 and began attending Grace later that fall.  Although he was born in Ohio, he lived most of his life in upstate NY, where he was ordained and served as a Discipleship Pastor and as a Senior Pastor for 15 years before heading south with his wife Jennifer and three of their four children, their oldest remaining in NY to finish school. Dominic's passions include family time, guitar, sharing the gospel, and equipping the saints for the work of ministry.

Lynda joined the staff at GBC in September 2005 as Secretary, and later transitioned to Administrative Assistant to the Pastor in 2019. Lynda is also a graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO.

Nicole, along with her husband Anthony and their two children, moved from Texas to Kentucky in 2019 and began attending Grace in 2023. She joined the staff at GBC in September 2025 and graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 2026.
